Bio:
Ajia Munns has been in the mindfulness space for over 8 years. A natural nurturer, she uses her practice to uplift and connect with others. She believes merging arts and mental wellness is the key to the betterment of our communities, and currently works at High Schools in Los Angeles teaching mindfulness. She has completed over 200 hours of meditation receiving her meditation certification with Aura Wellness.
Services:
Mindfulness Workshops
Each session includes experiential mindfulness moments, expressive group discussions inviting a wellness tribe, exercises to help promote inner-growth, and strategies for take home practice.
